We ship ordinary stock items to the UK mainland by courier to make sure you receive our products good and fresh. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order. Special items such as celebration cakes, which require invididual decoration, need at least a week's notice.

Our shipping charges are calculated by weight: up to 10Kg - £6.00; up to 30Kg - £10.00; up to 60Kg - £15.00; over 60Kg - £58.75. (Voucher-only orders can be sent by first-class letter post.)

The normal shipping charge is calculated during checkout. Orders over 20Kg or to non-UK mainland destinations are charged differently. Because the various factors involved are complex, we ask you to contact our office with details of your order and we will advise you of the best method of shipping to your location.
