Angela Russell
Managing Director. Originally from Teesside, Angela has four daughters, Kirsty, Melissa, Nina and Phoebe. Angela has an accountancy background and worked in senior financial and management roles before starting INF. It was Kirsty's severe allergy to nuts and nut-related products including chocolate and soya, which led Angela to realise the need for a source of nut-free foods to be readily available in shops and restaurants.
Stewart Russell
Director. Born on the Isle of Skye, Stewart began his career in catering and pub management in Glasgow, before moving to North London - and later Harrogate - to progress his career. He owned and ran a successful catering business in Surrey for many years, catering for specific dietary needs as required, including nut and gluten allergies.
Rosemary Locksley
Rosemary, Angela's Mum, is a highly trained secretary with a background in the health service. She has 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren, one of whom has a nut allergy. This has led to Rosemary's keen interest in raising awareness of the problems associated with nut allergy. Although she is now retired, Rosemary maintains her interest in the business and helps out occasionally on a voluntary basis.

She has been highly involved in product development since the company started.
