It’s Nut Free manufacture cakes, biscuits and desserts, which are appealing to everyone and also suitable for nut allergy sufferers. Products are manufactured in a nut free environment with no nuts as ingredients. All suppliers have given written confirmation that their products are nut free at source.

Products are all hand-made using base ingredients, ie. No mixes or unnecessary additives or preservatives are used. Birthday & Celebration Cakes are individually baked and iced to order.

All products are individually wrapped to avoid risks of cross contamination. All are suitable for freezing. Products are all suitable for vegetarians.

It’s Nut Free produces cakes – including Christmas & Birthday Cakes - biscuits and desserts. We have adapted favourite recipes, such as Brownies, Flapjack and Celebration Fruit Cakes into nut free versions, which provide all the taste and interest one would expect from hand-made cakes.

The Company is currently expanding its range to include a savoury range suitable for café and restaurant menus.
